All Products sold by us are covered by a money-back guarantee. You have the right, without stating a reason and incurring additional costs, to withdraw from the contract and/or return the purchased Goods to the Company within 14 days, provided that the Goods have not been used, are not damaged, the packaging has not been compromised, all labels remain, and their appearance has not substantially changed, meaning that only such changes have been made to the Goods and/or their packaging appearance as were necessary to inspect the received Goods.

The right to withdraw from the distance contract and return the Goods within 14 days does not apply to legal entities (i.e., companies, entrepreneurs, and persons purchasing Products for commercial purposes).

The provisions of this section do not limit your right to cancel services or return Goods that are of poor quality or defective.

Return Conditions

Any Goods you wish to return to us must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, the packaging must not be damaged, and the condition of the Goods must be the same as when purchased. You must ensure that the Goods and their packaging are not damaged or compromised during transport. If the returned Goods do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to accept them.

You must submit your request for cancellation of the service or return of the Goods no later than 14 days.

If you decide to cancel the service or return the Goods, please contact our Customer Service Department, which will assist you and provide all the necessary information on how you can cancel our services and where you can return the purchased Goods.

Refunds: If you cancel the service and/or return the Goods, subject to all the conditions set out in this Policy, we will refund the sums you have paid, excluding any additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We remind you that you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the Goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. If the Goods you return are damaged, have damaged packaging, or are incomplete, we will not be able to accept the Goods back or refund the amounts you paid.

Upon return of the Goods, an inspection of the returned Goods will be carried out. If no violation of the Return Conditions is found, we will refund the sums you paid using the same payment method you used to purchase the Goods. Depending on your chosen payment method, the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you miss the deadlines specified in the Return Policy, we will not be able to satisfy your request for the return of the Goods or refund the amounts paid to the Company.

Defective Goods

To return a Defective Good, you may do so within 14 days from the date the Goods were delivered to you, by notifying us via email at info@zoyabeautybox.com. You must attach photos or a video of the defective Good and/or the package, clearly illustrating the defects.

When submitting your notification regarding the cancellation of service or the return of a Defective Good, please provide the following information:

  • Order Number;
  • Proof of the product’s defects (e.g., photos or video clearly illustrating the product’s defect, if possible, as well as photos or video of any packaging damage, etc.);
  • Detailed information regarding the Goods’ defects, missing parts, or damages.

When submitting a request for the return of a Defective Product, please indicate how you would like the situation to be resolved:

  • Exchange the defective Good for an identical Good of good quality;
  • Accept the Good and refund the money paid by the Client;
