Shipping Policy

When purchasing products on the Zoyabeautybox.com online store, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for your order: a postal machine (parcel locker) that is most convenient for you, or delivery directly to you by courier (to your home or office).

The delivery fee is indicated at the time of placing the order, after entering the delivery address and selecting the delivery method. IMPORTANT! Please provide your accurate phone number and email address, as a message containing the parcel locker collection information will be sent to the number you provided.

If you chose cash-on-delivery (COD) payment upon delivery, you will be able to pay the courier in cash or by card upon delivery of the goods to the address you provided. If possible, please have the exact amount specified in the invoice (without requiring change).

Goods shipped within Lithuania via courier service reach the recipient within 2–7 business days. The Seller provides the buyer with a parcel tracking number. Goods are shipped to all European Union countries via Lithuanian Post parcels. Shipping time is 1–2 weeks. Please note that the courier will not wait for you to inspect the goods upon delivery.
